دعوی: انکارکنندگان هولوکاست میگویند که هیچگاه در آشویتز- بیرکناو به اندازه کافی کک (ذغال سنگ) برای سوزاندن بیش از 1 میلیون جسد در کورهها وجود نداشت. دیوید ایروینگ (David Irving)، که دادگاه عالی لندن وی را انکارکننده هولوکوست، نژادپرست و ضدیهود خوانده است، در سال 2000 در محاکمهای به اتهام افترا به پرفسور دبورا لیپستادت (Deborah Lipstadt) در لندن، به مقدار کک مورد نیاز برای سوزاندن یک جسد اشاره کرد. در جریان سؤال و جواب از پرفسور روبرت یان ون پلت (Robert Jan van Pelt)، متخصص آشویتز، او یک بطری آب روی میز گذاشت و پرسید: "آیا شما واقعاً و صمیمانه باور دارید که میتوانید یک جسد را با مقدار ککی که در این بطری جا میگیرد بسوزانید؟ آیا شما چنین چیزی میگویید؟"
