"منطق" آنها این است: اگر سوراخی بر روی بام‏ها وجود نداشته، پس ساختمان‏ها هم اتاق گاز نبودند و آشویتز هم اردوگاه انهدام نبود. چنانچه آشویتز اردوگاه انهدام نبود، در این صورت هولوکاست هم اتفاق نیفتاده است.

پاسخ: مدارک متعددی از اتاق‏های گاز در آشویتز- بیرکناو باقی مانده است. کوره‏‏های 2 و 3 سوراخ‏هایی در بام برای تزریق سیانور به اتاق گاز زیرشان داشتند. شاهدان عینی و شواهد تصویری وجود این سوراخ‏ها را مدلل می‏سازند. یک مطالعه تازه هم محل دقیق آنها را نشان می‏دهد.
